Sacred Space Meditation
When we connect with pure consciousness we create a sacred space within ourselves.
Numerous studies have proven the benefits of meditation. From physical and mental health, to concentration, productivity and creativity, the rewards of a regular meditation practice are endless. One study by Johns Hopkins concluded that meditation appears to be as effective in treating some forms of anxiety and depression as antidepressant medication. Many schools have added meditation to their curriculum, and businesses are offering it to their employees.
While there are countless techniques, the essence of all meditation is the same: learning to be in the present moment and finding a connection to expanded consciousness.
I created Sacred Space Meditation by combining the many philosophies I learned over the years.
Through simple techniques such as breath work, visualization, sound and mantra, you will learn to quiet the mind
leaving you feeling a sense of peace and rejuvenation.
